Quick coding!
I really missed doing my code sprints!
To re-iterate, this is what I normally do:
- Prepare ideas
- Restart my computer
- Open a web browser, launch references
- Open my coding tools
- Start my services
- Unplug my laptop
- Code
- ???
- Profit!
It’s really an effective way to focus on my coding task at hand, because I’m pressured by the battery life. I have to accomplish something before I run out of juice, otherwise, the sprint would be considered a failure.
I’ve accomplished quite a lot of projects this way, even MPs.
It’s also a good way for me to brush up my skills. I used to do this back when I was participating in ACM contests, too. Haha!
This project still has a long way to go.. probably around 2-3 code sprints more. That’s about 9 hours worth of coding.
The laptop battery life is kinda sucky now, though still better than my HP. It used to get 5-6 hours of juice, and now I can barely manage 4 hours on power saver.
Final stuff to integrate: switch from Google Image Tools to Google Interactive Charts
